If you want to be housed with another church group or want to be housed in the dorms, please indicate it in the e-mail. Do not wait until you get to camp to inform us of special housing requests or needs because the cabins will have already been assigned.  Any changes in housing needs that are made after you get to camp will slow down the registration process.

Print TWO (2) copies of your e-mail, one for your records, and one to submit with your $5.00 per camper pre-registration fee check which must be mailed via United States Postal Service to: Daniel Springs Camp, PO Box 310, Gary, TX 75643-0310. An additional $5.00 per person late registration fee will be required if e-mail and the mailed check are not received at least one (1) week prior to the start of the camp.

Remember to print out and complete a Medical Release Form for each person attending, and bring it with you to camp. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the Medical Release form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can click here to download it for free.
